The employees who have stayed for years do not feel appreciated. We are paid less than the new hires, and we are asked to train all of the new hires on top of our workload. It gets so frustrating. It makes me want to look for a new job.

Paying a far wage and not saying we are getting a paid holiday off only to take away another holiday secretly (Gave us MLK day and took away Christmas Eve).

We are not providing fast, prompt answers to our customers. They feel bait and switched because they get a great experience with sales, then it is a challenge to get implementation to setup their projects.

We need to hire talent from all over the country and not just mostly from Minnesota to find the best talent. We also need more Customer Success colleagues to work a Pacific Standard Time work schedule to provide support for clients on the West Coast.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
We should adjust the salary of individuals who have been here a while to match what we pay outside hires to attract them to the role. The new insurance plans through United Healthcare cost significantly more than past healthcare costs. It is sometimes double if not triple what it used to costs me.
