It is mostly positive. The people are great to work with. The compensation is lower than you'd want it to be, and ending work remote for Minneapolis employees is going to backfire significantly. Talent is going to leave. It appears management is going to bury their heads in the sand on that point.
They are attuned to the modern workforce.

I like when they give us free food.
The ability to work remotely.
They are all very open to helping one another when needed.
They can be seen around our building, in the office. There is a degree of accessibility.
They are all very helpful when you need assistance. They are respectful and fun to work with.
The management of my particular group is very reasonable and accommodating when they need to be. They expect good work but they also build trust that everything will get done, and it does.
Accessibility. They are in the building and they come to events. You are encouraged to approach them and they show respect when you do. They also seem to understand what it is like to be in the modern workforce, and respond accordingly.
The merit increase didn't even come close to inflation adjustment, and my performance review was meets expectations. If I met expectations, I should at least have my salary keep up with inflation, and then on top of that factor in the merit of it. It just motivates to find another job with more $$$.
