I'm very satisfied with SPS. I can see the steps they are taking to provide a better experience for both customers and internal employees, especially with Transform Fulfillment. Once we have the information in Retailer Rulebook, I feel that this would be a major game changer.

Coming from a competitor that had issues with the rotating leadership team, I am really happy that we have a stable leadership who has knowledge of what SPS offers and knowledge of EDI.
