i can work from home and dont have to be in the physical environment of the office
i can work remote. we have very competent team members. they are willing to help when asked and able
if this question refers to the C-level execs i know nothing about them since i am so far below them. all we ever hear from them is prepared, company-line words
i feel undervalued because i am not paid appropriately. i would feel better about my compensation if i was compensated more. recent new hires on my team earn almost as much as me even though i have been with the company for 5 years and on my current team for 2.5. how the heck does that make sense?
