SPS is overall a good company. There are some growing pains with the changes that our teams are going through. The change from remote during the pandemic to coming back in has also been hard as some 'perks' of coming in the office are gone or not as good (parking, lunch, even the stocked fridges).

The amount I work, both in hours, and volume of output is still not on par with what I would expect.

Everyone doing the duties and being held accountable to the proper metrics of their role. Currently I have to pick up the slack.

Mid level management seems disconnected from the day to day of their reports, and is more focused on their own metrics than the longterm success of our customers.

We need accountability. There are a handful of people on the team that are lifting 70% of the weight. This is driving the handful of people to be tired, frustrated, and stressed.

The work life balance of those that are knowledgeable and doing their jobs is very off kilter. Having to pick up and (re)do things that should be done by other teams or coworkers is the main deterrent.

If I were paid a normal hourly rate or based on the work that I've done I would have made double my current salary last year, because I have a salary it doesn't matter how much I work I never make more.

Value is a balance of work, responsibilities, and compensation. Either compensation needs to be in line with the work I do, or that amount of time and work that I do on a daily basis needs to be reduced to the comparable level.
