I am still grateful everyday that I work, that I can show up and do challenging work with a team of individuals that truly leave the egos at the door. That our mission is clear, and we continue to evolve and scale in order to help more customers. I laugh everyday at work. EVERY day!!!

I love being able to lead a team that truly enjoys each other and truly cares about doing what is right for the customer.

The culture is one that we feel part of a team. Aligned in Values, aligned on vision and priorities. We are about our customers, the community and each other.

Health Benefits are good, and they have introduced new programs. I also really like the soft benefits, such as free drinks on each floor, fun celebrations to bring us together.

My team iis scrappy. There is no "it's not my job" attitudes. If there is a problem, we all roll up our sleeves and play as a team. Each individual is unique and brings their authentic self to work.

The culture at SPS is one that is not hierarchical, each individuals adds value and is treated that way. We give back to our community and continue to learn and grow. Failures are seen as learnings, vs career limiting.
