SPS has been great in that I have met some of my closest friends here, as I have built my tenure I realized that not all our values are given as much attention as they should have. VP's and above it feels like they don't care about employees or customers but just growing quarters no matter the cost

My coworkers, are the biggest reason why I have stayed here. Clearly, it's not because of the pay or benefits.

They are amazing! Always helpful and willing to answer questions, they care about each other and will bend over backward to help teammates

We help each other whenever possible, work together as a group to get tasks accomplished, and create better SOP's for being more efficient

In my current role, I had to help train a new hire and somehow make 7k less than them- we started the same role less than 1 month apart. The pay structure needs to reflect that SPS indeed does value and care about making employees come first.

My team, my customers, and working from home is a huge reason why I love work. It gives me the flexibility to work in a calm environment, focus on my duties and if need be I can work in the evenings after dinner and I dont feel stressed about it.

Leadership meaning VPs & above need to do a better job of making employees feel prioritized, employees come first core value is not felt in how we are treated. Benefits (maternity leave needs to be reevaluated) pay that is market value should be #1 for retention, work-life balance needs a review too

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

SPS pays well below market value and internal transfers are not given enough of a percentage bump for their new role. Now with having to go into the office twice a week, we are paying more for parking, food, clothes, etc. We hear how great our EBITDA is yet we don't get an even ok maternity leave.
