I've managed to work on several teams in different areas of the company for a variety of managers and have rarely had a bad experience. Most managers are willing and able to help figure out the next move not just for the company for the employee's benefit.

It's allowed me to do things that I hadn't expected and provides flexibility to live my life the way that I want to. While there are obviously some shortcomings and disparities that I would like to have resolved this is generally a good place to work.

Mostly good people who are fairly competent. Easy to chat with and get along with.

Super flexible to the needs of people to be people and knowing that work isn't 100% critical 100% of the time.

Knowing that others who were hired after me, with lower titles, make proportionally more than I receive for my output levels.

Pretty competent from a roles/responsibilities standpoint, and most people are worth spending time with. No one on the team is cause for me to avoid coming into the office or chatting the group.

Full work from home. I don't necessarily believe the pay is among the top for experience/role, and not sure that the overall benefits package matches what others in the market may have, but the flexibility I have is worth the peace of mind.

Seems like most employees are on the same page about general work conditions and the company. I think mgmt knows how up and down the influx of work can be so knowing that there are times we'll be bogged down and slower and some times we'll have not much to do.
