They invest in their employees, but you have to be able to keep up. We move quickly and the positive aspect of that is you are never board while the negative aspect is that you will feel overwhelmed at times. You must grow with the company and have a strong sense of self to be successful.

Everyone tries to make the best decisions they can given the fact that everything shifts so quickly and we must pivot to keep up with the shifting requirements of the retail economy.

Honestly, it ends up being the bonus or vacation time because I never use the other parts. My spouse works at a larger company that has more bargaining power and that leads to better benefits.

We work to ensure that we connect as individuals and will do our best to help each other when things get difficult. We lead with empathy while being realistic about the work that needs to get done.

I would receive a raise if I went to another company. SPS relies on it's culture and ability to promote quickly to balance it's lower pay rates. This can work out well if you climb quickly, but at a certain point, you stop climbing.
