Overall great, one thing it could do to improve is enable more officially remote work.

I get to work with great humans.

Most of them are down to earth, intelligent, approachable, and loyal.

The ability to help fix or improve something, and work with great people in the process.

The fact that our stock value is very strong combined with the ESPP benefit and small Restricted Stock performance awards.

The culture is inviting and tries to improve diversity and inclusion. They don't pretend to be perfect and encourage personal growth to fight against implicit bias.

One of the best things about my team is that there are no big egos. Everyone is willing to learn from each other and help out their teammates.

Very caring and supportive. There's no toxicity. We all want the best for others and know it makes the team stronger to share knowledge and document what we're good at.

The leadership team at SPS are approachable, and they make an effort to listen to feedback, and are always actively trying to improve themselves or use their power to improve things for others.

I enjoy the ESPP optional benefit, and I appreciate the RSU's as part of annual performance increases, but I wish there was something more immediately tangible like end of year profit sharing bonuses for all, or unrestricted stock option awards. The employer match for 401k could be improved also.
