I want to move into another department, but it is difficult to see what positions are lateral to mine in other departments. So I like working here, I am just not happy with my current role and would like to know what positions are lateral or above in other departments.

more information needs to be exchanged all the way down the chain of command. We are all able to tell when our leadership is holding things back from us.

Competitively in the market, the position I am in is paid much higher at other companies. Like 30-40k annually higher. Many of my coworkers in other departments feel this way as well.

There are many positions at companies similar to SPS who have 15% higher wages, give bonuses, and recognize hard work. I do not feel like SPS recognizes how hard I work and it is unmotivating.

De quoi l’équipe de direction a-t-elle besoin pour s’améliorer?

Sharing in the wealth of the 86 quarters of growth. I do not get any commission or bonuses and I work really hard for crappy health insurance and very low pay in the market. There is also very little individual recognition across the board. Just a good job would go a long way.

I have been quite sick with an autoimmune disease and my leadership team could care less, they are actually angry at me about it and solely focused on me making sure I get my 40 hours in. We have had so many quarters of growth, where is the wage increase from all of that growth?
