Overall it's a pretty disorganized company. Departments don't really talk to each other (at least the non-client-facing departments), and executive leadership mostly cares about making money so doesn't really care about problems in internal operation.
Overall I've been underwhelmed by the quality of leadership.
They are just ok. Sort of out of touch.
They are funny and lighthearted.
It's pretty laid-back and my role is pretty flexible.
I like the actual work I do in analytics
Comp is not transparent, but I appreciate getting paid anyways.
Lots of young energy, people seem pretty happy in general
I appreciate the diversity of thought and experiences that everyone brings.
Haven't interacted with them much but they seem like a likeable team.
I like what I work on. It's a good role for me.
Got a decent signing bonus, but will be interested to see if I get raises in the years ahead.
I think they are just ok. Appreciate that they are trying to make us money, but it doesn't feel a ton more meaningful than that.
My comp is fair. I think the parental leave policy is terrible - so glad I had my kids at a company with better parental leave.
Company is run like an investment, not like a place where people should want to make long term careers. All emphasis is on business goals and very little on employee development.
It's a pro and con but there are a lot of young people here. They bring a lot of great energy and optimism to the company, but the con is that the company sees junior talent as replaceable.
There's a lot of emphasis on management, but very little emphasis on leadership - there's a difference! At least in my department it seems like people think they look good by making others look bad - there isn't a 'rising' tide mentality.
I work in a part of the business that isn't customer-facing, so there's a lot that could be improved. We do a ton of manual work since our infrastructure is very old. Not great for morale and not a great place to develop your career.
