SPS is a fine place to work.
Working here has confirmed all of my career aspirations and its been great, but the journey has been rocky.
They're kind, smart, helpful, fun, and reliable.
I love my team and my position.
It's a good place to be
My team is hardworking, dedicated, reliable, kind and fun.
Paying employees a competitive salary with equitable merit increases.
My team is filled with really great people, not just hardworking employees.
I get to do what I love on a team that appreciates me
lots of events and the ERGs help people stay connected as human beings and not just coworkers
I think I, and my peers, would ALL feel better if there was some pay equity and regular compensation adjustments
Employees are asked to wear many different hats and take on multiple roles and responsibilities, but salaries do not reflect that. The goal posts are always moving and the targets are made up and unattainable, when it comes to promotions.
Pay equity and rewarding long time employees with higher salary bumps/pay increases. For ex: a long time dedicated, talented teammate finds out a new hire with no experience, no related job skills, and no recent job history gets paid 11k higher starting, but the long time gets no pay increase
Newer employees with less experience tend to get paid more than long term employees on the same teams. The pay scale makes no sense and employees are locked into their merit increase percentages and in order to make market-value salaries, employees are having to boomerang out of SPS and back in.
