While I do wish I was paid more, I still absolutely love working here and have never considered leaving. I admire all the smart, ambitious people around and the advancement and development opportunities being offered around every corner. I plan to stick with SPS long-term.

The leadership team is usually pretty visible, and present in the office. They seem like regular people most of the time which I appreciate.

I love the random perks that SPS offers, e.g. events, swag, food, etc. This makes coming in and being in the office more exciting. Additionally, the fact that anyone is allowed to explore/shadow any role and career path they desire is pretty amazing.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I don't feel "undervalued," per se, but I do feel underpaid. I know that my work is appreciated by both my team and our customers, but I truly believe that my team (support) should be making $10K more per year than we do. We may be bottom-of-the-barrel but our job is often thankless and demanding.
