Although, I appreciate the SPS swag that is sent to us, I think bonuses would be much more beneficial to employees and truly make us feel appreciated.

My Manager truly supports me in all my goals, respects me as a person and I know that she is always there to back me up in any time of need.

We all truly care about each other and are always happy to help eachother out. Whether it is gaining new knowledge or needing an extra brain to work something out or picking up any additional assistance needed while we are out of office.

I love that they hold the value in work- home life balance. I never feel guilty for the time I have had to take to care for my sick children. My manager knows I will get my job done at the end of the day and respects the time needed away.
