Best things about my team are everything that doesnt have to do with staples management or district managers, who are genuinely the most ill equipped people in the company by a large margin.

There is 0% chance I would ever be paid fairly working at this trash company. They would rather re-hire some un-skilled moron who will literally quit in a month than attempt to keep me as a loyal and competent employee around by working with me even a little bit. Or hearing me.

Qu’est-ce qui ne va pas et comment cela peut-il être amélioré?

No room for more $. GM laughs at me instead of listens. GM lies to me about promotion potential and more $, just tells me to keep waiting. Ive waited over a year bringing it up many times and every time I have a meeting to talk about it I leave completely demoralized. Staples doesnt care about me.

Every time I have came to my GM for help I have been laughed at. I know Im a great worker that does a good job. I see and hear it in the words and on the faces of every customer I interact with. And yet they treat and pay me like Im expendable. They lied to me about more $$$ 'just keep waiting'.
