being able to gain knowledge and help others that DO CARE about their job and WANT to work

communication, speaking only about work and not about things that are not relevant to work. Team work , helping someone out with good intentions and not with the intent to get something out of it.

communication- speaking and relaying important information at the time is it due or needed. and Management skills- some staff members have no people skills to be Supervisors. Need to learn how direct and stick to the plan not change when they feel like it or favoritism

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

Not be recognized, or at least checked on to see if help is needed. Hours upon Hours spent to work hard and fair, not taking short cuts. yet certain staff can do no wrong when wrong and receive recognition . I would like to get compensated for the work that is done and the plus more on a daily bases
