
Hire a much more ethical, motivated staff. If you can not hire ethical people at the pay rate established pay to get better people in the organization, without good people company can not succeed.
Hire leaders that set out a clear direction for the team and carry through with vision for each team that they manage. The lack of leadership by second- and third-line supervisors defines the inability to succeed.
The leadership team does nothing to communicate with supervisors and team members. The management team needs to engage with employees and set out clear goals for each team. The management team needs to meet regularly with supervisors and team members. The management team needs to care.
Provide the tools needed to succeed at my job and help my team be successful. The lack of competence and compassion is clear and must be fixed. If the teams leaders don't define success or encourage success this company will continue to struggle to be profitable or maintain contracts with ICE.
