I have worked here for five year and went through every position to management. I love learning from my supervisor above me and passing all knowledge down to others. I enjoy the appreciation I've seen come out of corporate.

positive reinforcement, Always training us, Sharing all information.

learn their positions and share the work load when someone calls off. I am a believer that repetition will help this.

Helping the residents get their goal reached. Directing them to help. Volunteering with them. Watching them leave the program successfully .

I don't feel undervalued. just think that I should be paid more for task asked to do and hours put in that are very irregular.

I like working with those that truly do help the residents with their reentry and not just check the block. Putting in the extra hours to make a difference for them to see positive not just negative.
