There is a significant lack of consistency and control in an environment where safety is paramount. The inability to trust the work of your peers is difficult and unsafe.

We have to have training beyond the classroom start to ensure that we all remain consistent and safe. We need hands on trainers on the floor that know what to do correctly

Que faut-il changer pour améliorer la culture de l’entreprise?

We need to release those that are unwilling to do their part correctly. Train some of leaders on how to manage their teams with consistency and understanding combined with respect. Throwing newer people into unsafe situations due to lack of experience is unacceptable.
