They should be more empathetic of all employees. They need to remember where they start at as a correctional officer as well. Treat everyone with respect not just their favorites or their buddies. They lack Leadership I believe that they need more training in this area in my opinion.

I believe that everyone should be compensated especially the ones that have been dedicated to this facility, as well to administrators and administration that has come and gone. When you have employees working for you for that many yrs they are the ones that are running the facility, give them bonus

I have worked more than half my life here at the facility. That I consider some of my coworkers' family. We inspire each other & help each other to succussed and move forward. Due to our negative personnel administrators/HR that don't appreciate all the work and dedication given to them and facility

We are all here to work as a team. I have worked for many yrs with everyone at the facility as well as outside agencies to make this facility look good. Never once did the administrators give one that deserves a good job well done or anything an incentive. Like indicated they are get bonus & we dont

Like indicated in the other answers that if we had incentives even a good job. Or listening & helping out your staff would improve the moral of the facility & well the staff giving them your all. Instead of them flaunting that they received a bonus every yr and we don't. Or budget and can't get sup
