If my friends were to work under the management of other outside of the North Brunswick location, I believe they would have a decent chance of success with the company. I would not feel confident bringing them to work in this current environment.

We encourage each other and try to remain unified as much as we can.

Alot of the work we do does not get acknowledged. I would suggest more bonus opportunities and adjust the committee who chooses those who are eligible.

The environment feels toxic at times. We witness unfair treatment of clients and feel that they are sometimes disrespected by the program managers. Staff members also feel that they cannot trust program managers/assistant program managers when it comes to addressing issues out of fear of retaliatio

Not being biased towards clients and staff. Racial targeting is very visible here and has proven to be problematic amongst clients and has played a massive role in employee turnover at the North Brunswick location. I would suggest questioning staff and clients in regard to this matter. INVESTIGATE.
