I have been with the company for nearly 17 years. I feel that long term, committed employees should be paid well above new employees.

They help each other out and make sure we are good for the day. whether it be with food or support, someone always lends a hand.

Not enough staff, long term staff being contracted by outside service providers and losing not only their pay but benefits of being a long-term employee. Contracted employees not held to same high standards of dress code as security staff. Leadership poor decisions effecting front line staff.

As an almost 17-year employee with this company I do not feel that my time and experience is taken advantage of to the fullest extent. I do not feel that my pay matches the experience and commitment that I bring to the company. I also do not feel that the complaints are taken seriously.
