I have worked with the company for many many years and been through many changes. My overall experience has been great. I have learned a lot from many leaders in the past as they have passed through the company themselves. It is always a learning experience every year.

The new management has been very helpful and are great leaders. they take the time to listen to the issues and find ways to fix them.

Some of the best things about my team is how hard working they can be and how task oriented they are. The team understands the assigned tasks and gets them competed timely.

More pay for all the work that a person does would be nice. We are expected to do a job but also do other positions at the same time with no difference in pay.
