Overall, my experience has been underwhelming. The challenged benefits and compensation package, limitation on budget for proper promotion opportunities & consistent lack to uphold promises of improvement in those areas have led me to feel undervalued and seek better opportunities else where.

Overall I have had a positive experience. Aside from the pay/ benefits concerns, they do not overshadow the progression I've had or the opportunities to grow further.

I love the inclusivity. There are a host of programs and resource groups that provide representation for everyone. You feel empowered to get involved and valued for being your authentic self.

I cannot speak for the entirety of the company, but I can speak for the opportunities I've been exposed to, and I can say that I've engaged with authentic people who add value to their roles and the team.

Year to year its more work, fewer people, no-pay-bump. Numerous surveys later, we're still requesting at ALL levels, to have natural progressive salary increases at a minimum annually, to match the rate of inflation. All benefits, especially medical, should be much more comprehensive and affordable.

I feel undervalued because I was hired and paid well below the rate I should have been offered with my education and experience alone. When I sought to negotiate, I was told that was not an option, I did not have a raise like I was assured would happen two years in a row & still I'm underpaid
