
Leadership needs to learn to be better at appreciating their employees. There is little to no appreciation given to employees and the amount of pay is laughable when compared to other companies in the same field
If TTEC would at least offer raises based on performance that would be permanent increases in pay, I think that we would see a lot less attrition rates. Currently we are paid whatever is base unless we are promoted to higher positions. And that eventually caps out because there is no more room.
