Overall, my experience has been very good. The employee experience is considered throughout and a positive experience provided to the extent possible, which can be difficult to manage across many different countries

The sense that there are no limits and people are encouraged to get involved in things they are interested in and spearhead new ideas and projects that they think will make a difference.

I have worked in places where projects never close and it feels like things never get done/change never happens. Here we always get to the finish line and it is satisfactory to see large-scale projects come to fruition and see the impact.

Aside from pay, etc., I appreciate our "Wellness Days" which are basically sick days, but can be used for any wellness purpose and you are encouraged to take them, which is different than companies where people never take sick time or feel the need to fake illness to take sick time.
