it's OK. I don't have to go through some horror stories like other friends in other companies which makes me grateful but not does not necessarily makes it great working here on its own.

The wages are low. The quarterly bonus helps but it's not a certainty and it's hard to know exactly how much I'll receive to plan for my expenses.

My immediate manager and team are understandable of having to take time off for personal issues and work from home to add flexibility to my schedule to attend other tasks.
