They seem not to care of their high positions rather they maintain a more "professionally" personal relationship with their employees.

I know this might be too much to ask, but hoping the company would consider having our HMO be offered effective start date. Most of the BPO companies in Iloilo are already having this. We might be behind but having this will definitely boost TeleTech brand more.
