UPDATE DAILY and insure rapid dissemination and implementation of changes due to corona virus (COVID-19). Very disappointed that this website was last updated a week ago and conflicts with a recent Presidential LAW which states paid leave, not using PTO. Writing KY Gov Beshear and filing complaint

Make sure those who are mandated to stay home, stay home. If some one is SICK, ensure they are not penalized for staying home. We were told FREE tests. TL's did not know about FREE TESTS. We were told our PTO would not be used when mandated to stay home. They are! Retired VET is disappointed!
