I have a lot of global exposure and I love the way I get to live and feel other people's culture, habits and activities. The company has invested on getting us closer even when theres a big distance

My Team, my director has taught me a lot business and personal. My peers are my best friends outside work. My job brings me joy as i get to touch so many lives and even if a little get them to smile.

We treat ourselves as family, with most of them I get to shoulder my worries and sometimes even my workload. You could truly see the Act as One value in our team. We are stronger together and I love the way we communicate

I dont think myself undervalued, I love my company and my job and work, it has been a slow process to reach a compensation that is fully equivalent to the workload, business ownership and acumen as well as to compensate with the stress levels that my roles is involved wit
