I like that the leadership team at TTEC focuses on the person and what they would like to achieve in their personal as well as career goals. They provide the support you need to move to a position that suit you and your goals best.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
There are times and days that I feel undervalued. The amount of work that goes into our jobs is not the same as in a company that is not a BPO. We wear so many different hats everyday and sometimes I think TTEC forgets how much we do. I know that my bosses boss shows great appreciation towards us.
