
I appreciate the variety of options that work best for my life and not just a one size fits all package.
One thing we get developed on is not to go to the immediate no but to ask "what are you trying to accomplish" which gives way to open communication to find different/better solutions.
My leadership team not only believes in development but actively participates in teaching different topics. They take the time to discuss seminars, trainings, and other after they are viewed to ensure understanding, answer additional questions, and how it impacts our projects.
My team is the best! We share our experiences and knowledge. We work as a team and remind each other of upcoming events, trainings, and deadlines. We all have different projects and sharing of best practices is helpful.
Being challenged to improve on my area's of opportunity while being recognized for my strengths. This allows me to work on items in a positive manner instead of the focus just being on what I need to develop. That balance makes a huge difference when you feel supported instead of judged.
