They are super helpful and caring. They are supportive and positive, really engage in finding solutions to my problems.

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

Working for CVS Healthcare project, they forced 10 hr shifts, breaks stayed the same, switch shift hours and days off with no notice. $12hr and promise you permanent positions after 90 day, 96 days in and still temporary.Unfair when someone has less time and offered a permanent position with ttec.

De quoi l’équipe de direction a-t-elle besoin pour s’améliorer?

They need to start encouraging and seeing all the positives. They focus on all the metrics and don't see employees as people. Even when I did my best and was proud, they would micromanage and still find something out of nothing to correct me. TL is too strict on metrics and not trying to understand.

Qu'amélioreriez-vous dans le procédé d’entretien de votre entreprise?

They can improve by not lying to employees. Many times I was told if we have decent perform and perfect attendance. Still 96 days in and top tier but still nothing but criticism and stress to perform. Temporary status is what they live by and they can let you go by hippa violations without any help.

Qu’est-ce qui ne va pas et comment cela peut-il être amélioré?

They get on to you for going to the bathroom when its not time for your breaks. I hate being questioned on going to the bathroom when needed. They expected me to ask for permission and expected us to clock out and clock back. None of mgt is on the same page, each one gives different answer.
