I have been with the company for over 8 years and i have had the chance to be in different positions. Im always challenged and i love the culture. There are 2 things that could improve 1. dont unpaid internal promotions 2. medical benefits are not what a big company such as TTEC should be proud of.

The challenges are always different. It makes me push myself as an individual and as a professional

The inclusion and diversity. There is no messing around when it comes to respect for others regardless of gender, race, sex, etc.

They see their employees as humans and not numbers. They invest a lot of time, resources, and money to make this company enjoyable

I love the wellness incentives. I think the deductible and out of pocket amounts are fairly low for the monthly premium we pay

Because it is extremely fast paced there is never a dull moment. I love that the company embraces different cultures and doesnt shy away from expanding into new geos

The wellness programs that allow you to get HSA money. the rest of the benefits are really subpar with many other companies out there. For comparison while i was paying $500 /month for my family we switched to my spouse's insurance and now we pay $120/month for the whole family with less deductible
