I started my career at ZeroFox, and it has been a great company to work for. I joined when there were 400+ employees, and now it's grown to over 1,000. The people and culture are excellent, but compensation remains a concern. I hope the new leadership team addresses this issue in the India office.

The company follows a hybrid work policy with a 4-day workweek, offering flexibility. Work-from-home options are available, and leaves require approval as per policy. This balance helps maintain productivity while allowing employees some work-life flexibility.

Internal employees in India face stagnation despite experience and promotions. Salaries start at 3.4 LPA and barely exceed 6 LPA in 4 years, while external hires with the same experience get 15 LPA. Retention efforts are lacking, and Team Leads earn almost the same as Analysts. Addressing salary gap
