The overall experience here is good. All the facilities are given, and working hours are really good, except the night shift which is not really good because of the long and complete night shift. The people should be paid based on their positions and the amount of work they do.

The working hours here are very good, at the same time, the night shift is not so great, since it is a complete night shift it affects the health. The cab facility, food facility all are great

Every person will have a different skill set and different way of handling the situation. The management should keep this in consideration, also it is not always possible by everybody to push more than 100%. Work should be properly described and designed
