My experience has been that this was a once great company. It still has the potential to get back there. However, changes over the past year do not seem to reflect "The People" of ZF but rather seem completely focused on maximizing profit. Good people have been leaving and more may be on the way out

The people are awesome. They're incredibly good at what they do and they're just great human beings. However, significant efforts need to be made to retain them.

Similar positions at competitors and other private sector organizations are paying significantly higher than ZeroFox. This is making it much harder to retain good employees when higher paying opportunities elsewhere are regularly advertised.
