This has been the best job I've ever had - I feel super lucky to work here. Nothing is perfect but this is close to it for me.

I love working with my team and the excitement I get from 'wins' or hard finds in investigations

Dental insurance coverage is very nice - very happy that we are now getting a percentage matching on the 401K

They seem personable, easy to talk to, and I do think that they care about the work we do and the employees.

I appreciate that everyone on the leadership team is easy to communicate with - I feel comfortable reaching out for any reason and think that any conversations would be productive and friendly.

Community and person-first attitude - I feel that the company tries to take care of its employees and we in turn do our best to make sure our clients are taken care of

I appreciate the independence of my work, the trust that the client and management have in the work that I do, but also knowing that if I run into roadblocks that I have a supportive team to help me

I love everyone on my team - they are all amazing at what they do, willing to work with others, independent, and I feel that I can trust them when we work on projects together or if I need support.

Unlimited PTO has been amazing - health care is decent (no thrilled with the increased deduction but...), dental is amazing, really glad we got the 401K matching this year that was previously a con, and all the other offerings are icing on the cake.

I love my team. At jobs I've previously had co-workers who I questioned how they got the job/stayed on, but have not worked with a single person here who I have felt that way about. Everyone is great at their job, helpful, and a pleasure.

I really love that the company's culture does feel employee driven and seems to understand that we are the wheels that move the bus - meaning they don't take us for granted / actually work to retain us which is great. Feels like we really are 'a team'
