The India CEO team has been receptive to feedback and supportive of ideas proposed by team, actively considering and implementing requests that add value to the process. My reporting manager, director, and regional head are supportive and considerate.

They give me opportunities to learn and collaborate. I have freedom to share my ideas and implement changes. Also share my feedback and work on development with them. I have a good rapport with all my team members.

Considering the initiatives I have taken and the responsibilities I have shouldered, I feel the outcomes should be reflected in terms of recognition from management, through equivalent compensation. My Role as QC analyst was just a designation change not a compensation change.

I love the company culture and environment. Though my team has encountered lot of changes but still the companies policy remained the same. I like my team and my roles and responsibility! I ensure to excel and support my team as much as possible.
