The amount of work and dedication towards work from my end is more than what I am paid for. There are promises which are provided but not executed. I hope that during the upcoming hike, I am recognised for the dedication and work I provide for the company.

Considering the amount of time and energy I invest on my role, I feel that I am underpaid. For the improvements in place and results, it proves my dedication towards the role. Hence, I feel I am a valuable employee with a long term goal with ZeroFox if I am valued the same financially.
