I think at present, the leadership team is extremely transparent and candid. News is not sugar coated and they explain the strategic vision of the company, our goals and challenges in a straightforward fashion.

A high percentage of my co-workers are extremely driven, intelligent and highly motivated to solve problems for our customers. They think outside the box and understand the importance of driving value to our end users.

I think overall there is a positive culture at the company and team members are generally interested in achieving positive results. However, there are pockets of negativity and personality clashes at times. Some of this is due to blurred swimlanes, some of it is due to perceived inequity in tasking

I wouldn't say I'm overly enthusiastic every day and if you had asked me this last year I would have said no. However, we are currently experiencing a very positive groundswell of activity and steps we have taken over the years as a management team are starting to pay off.
