Everyone is a champ and lovely to work with. Any problem can be faced when your peers are good human beings and professional to work with.

It's not that I feel undervalued but comparable pay at external positions do pay more at a baseline level. Things are expensive these days and while I hate making things about money, sometimes it ends up being a deciding factor if all else is equal.
