Overall, I am enjoying my experience at Appian. I do feel like the company is going through a transition, which can add stress, but I feel supported by my manager and team and I am hopeful about the impact we can make with clients.

The compensation is good. However, I am in a sales role - at other tech companies I've been compensation full commission during my ramp up period (usually first 6 months). Also, other tech companies I've been a part of tend to have better benefits packages.
