leaders began to treat employees solely as cheap labor, and began to increase workload several times over. I wanted to quit, but the company made me sign a rather brutal contract so that I could not build a career in any other company, providing the same services as I do now. It's all inhumane.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be great if the salary was increased relative to the increased workload

The leadership team should be sensitive to their employees and provide them with comfortable conditions.

Now I am extremely dissatisfied with our leadership team, because they do not care about the mood of the company and about their employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The remuneration for the services I provide to the company must be commensurate with the amount of work I am required to do. Now I work very hard and have health problems because of this, but I get very low pay.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the team leader ignores me as a person. no friendly contact. I sometimes think that Team Leader has become a star, and considers it normal to communicate in an orderly tone (which is completely at odds with what kind of relationship with the authorities I was promised when I was hired)
