
They need to show investment in their employees not just their managers.
They are supposed to have hirees be interviewed by two different managers from different stores. When done it takes away panic hiring.
Store hiring needs to be more focused on how different types of people work and how best to effectively use different types of workers.
The stores that have the ability to retain workers tend to have employees that are invested in their customers. Leaving customers invested in the worker.
I was never offered stock options. The pay cap is far below the cost of living of my area. Due to making such minimal pay I can't afford to take advantage of the insurance options that they provide simply to sate law.
Management from high to low do not invest enough into their employees. Management needs to improve employee treatment and week on what causes high turnover. Most employees don't quit jobs they quit managers. So poor management coupled with poor pay is leading to a decline.
