
The most positive thing about the culture here is that everyone is generally, positive in their outlook and willing to help others and share knowledge.
The best things about my team are that everyone is optimistic, excited, asking great questions about what we are doing, and absolutely willing to pitch in and help others. That makes me want to do the same.
What makes me most happy at work is knowing there are so many new things to learn or improve upon. For me, mostly technical, but there's business behind that too, and there's a chance to understand that more.
The best parts of the compensation are the "unlimited" PTO, and the great health care. I've seen those two benefits slip over a long career; where I am now is where I was when I graduated college, so in one sense, this is merely adequate. Compared to the last company I worked at, it's much better.
I like that Wes as CEO really tries to be open, honest, and communicate where we are headed, for the most part. I realize there are probably things he can't talk about, and I'm ok with that. I do wonder what the overall plan is for the company - we've been growing, and Defeating The Odds - but why?
