A lot of the periphery details are great but the main parts of a job, the daily work and my manager, are huge negatives. I cannot wait to leave my current team and when I go, our team will have had an 80% turnover this year alone. I think that says plenty.

Benefits are good to great but the base pay is just not competitive and does not adequately compensate for inflation.

Management is out of touch of day-to-day operations. Management does not communicate changes. No clear vision. Everything is spread via rumors.

I definitely feel undervalued. Its not just compensation its being asked questions and listened to. Its having executive management spend time with us.

We have people that I genuinely like throughout the company. FMB has mostly staff that I get along with and seem like decent people.

I can go to a competitor bank and make 20% more. Starting to look outside bank at other opportunities as FMB does not seem interested in internal development.

The role, listed as an analyst, is anything but. I do data entry. My opinions do not matter. The company puts zero effort in developing analysis. All of the focus in on data entry.

I do not like my manager. Nothing is good enough. Everything is negative. If I work faster I just get more assignments. If I take my time to get details right, I'm too slow. I cannot remember the last time my manager said anything nice to me or my co-workers. It's always a focus on our faults.
