good experience. I've never worked for a bank before working here, but I am happy to be here and try something new.
I don't think anything is good about it
not sure what that could be
everyone is friendly and helpful
Communication and show a little more sympthany when a worker is dealing mental health issues.
We all help each other out if one has a question or is struggling with a task
everyone is friendly and helpful. they do their best to help me when I need it. everyone holds their own and doesn't slack.
nice customers. no one loves going to work every day, but the customers are almost always nice and it makes the job easier and more enjoyable
everyone I work with is friendly. there hasn't been a single person that i don't get along with. everyone has different personalities and interests and we often bond over those things
The manger, I feel she doesn't really care about her workers, there is no open door policy, if someone has a question or a personal problem I myself can't go to the manger about it. There is no Respect from the manger, no sympthany or any kind of care .
As a service associate, I feel that we deserve higher pay based on our responsibilities on the front line. as tellers we are kind of like the backbone and usually handle most of the "grunt work." based on the amount of responsibilities placed on us, I think service tellers deserve a higher wage.
