I have seen many positive changes in the company over the ten years here. These changes show a lot of care and respect for the employees and customers. The approach to change has always been from a mindset of how can the 'company' be better.

I have been a part of this company for 11 years and have seen a lot of changes occur. The way the company handles these changes, as a whole, is done in a way that is considerate of the employees and how it will affect them. It is this consideration and care that make FMB a very special place.

Sometimes the initiatives are overwhelming at the pace they are delivered; however, our manager works to try and keep us informed and listens to our needs. This helps to balance out what is needed to the time that we have been given to deliver the overall products.

The company's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team has been a great installment to the company. Very informative and great conversations that bring all partners together.

Each member of my team is compassionate and considerate of me. They ensure that I feel a part of the group and are available to me if I need assistance.

It feels like a family here at FMB. There are a lot of individuals here that greet you with a "hello, how are you?" which makes you genuinely feel cared for. The addition of the new Resource Groups has done a lot for the company to bring people together as well.
